Merchant-Initiated Payment Agreement
By checking the PayPal® Authorization button you are electing to use your PayPal® account to make a purchase through Alphabet Mobile Ads or an affiliate. Therefore, you are agreeing to the Merchant-Initiated Payment billing agreement through PayPal®.
This billing agreement establishes a relationship between you and Alphabet Local (AlpLocal) through PayPal® and allows you to authorize Alphabet Local Mobile Ads to withdraw funds for payment of purchases you make at our site directly from your PayPal® account, from a credit card, debit card or any other form of payment. Such payment for digital products or services is final (No Refunds) once the product or service is delivered … unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
